I started training Jen, one of the extreme athletes, who needed a personal trainer and she came to me for weight training saying she wanted to train for an Iron Man! I set up a program for her so that she would be physically prepared for this brutal race. She trained hard 6 times a week making sure she was ready for the swimming, bike, and running portion.
One of the oldest sayings in the world is that, “You are what you eat.” This basically means that you are responsible for what you put into your body on a daily basis. This means eating healthy and exercising regularly. By doing this on a regular basis, you will be on your way to developing a healthy lifestyle. You will be on your way to living a more fulfilled, happy life.
The most important thing in life is to be able to prove that you are not the same person you used to be. This is one of the most inspirational quotes in history. You can achieve your goals in life if you are willing to take the necessary steps. Though there are many people who train themselves, they do not get the same results as they would have if they were trained by a fitness coach.
